حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلِمَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْضِي الْحَاجَةَ، فَيَأْكُلُ مَعَنَا اللَّحْمَ، وَيَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَحْجِزُهُ، أَوْ يَحْجُبُهُ، إِلَّا الْجَنَابَةُ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to answer the call of nature, then eat meat with us and recite the Qur'an, and nothing prevented him—or kept him from it—except major ritual impurity (janabah).
