Supplication when the breeze blows

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ
عَنْ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ كَانَ إِذَا اشْتَدَّتِ الرِّيحُ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ لاَقِحًا لاَ عَقِيمًا
Translation
Chain of narrators
- It is reported by Yazeed that when the wind was very strong Salamah (ra) made this supplication:
✧ From Salama: When the wind blew strongly, he would say: “O Allah, make it a fertilizing wind, not a barren one.”
