The qisas (retaliation) of the slave

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ وَقَبِيصَةُ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ أَبِي شَبِيبٍ
عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ قَالَ لاَ يَضْرِبُ أَحَدٌ عَبْدًا لَهُ وَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ لَهُ إِلاَّ أُقِيدَ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
Translation
✧ From ʿAmmār b. Yāsir, he said: "No one strikes a slave of his while wronging him except that retaliation will be taken from him on the Day of Resurrection."
