حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَيَّاجُ بْنُ بَسَّامٍ أَبُو قُرَّةَ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ رَأَيْتُهُ بِالْبَصْرَةِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ أَنَسًا يَمُرُّ عَلَيْنَا فَيُومِئُ بِيَدِهِ إِلَيْنَا فَيُسَلِّمُ وَكَانَ بِهِ وَضَحٌ وَرَأَيْتُ الْحَسَنَ يَخْضُبُ بِالصُّفْرَةِ وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ
وَقَالَتْ أَسْمَاءُ أَلْوَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى النِّسَاءِ بِالسَّلامِ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationBishr b. al-Ḥakam narrated to us, he said: Hayyāj b. Bassām Abū Qurrah al-Khurāsānī narrated to us — I saw him in Basra — he said: I saw Anas passing by us, and he would gesture to us with his hand and greet us with salām; he had vitiligo (waḍaḥ). And I saw al-Ḥasan dyeing his hair with yellow dye, and he wore a black turban.
✧ Asmaʾ said: The Prophet ﷺ made a gesture with his hand to the women in greeting.
