حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ قَالَ: لَا تُوقَدَنَّ نَارٌ بِلَيْلٍ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ قَالَ: " أَوْقِدُوا وَاصْطَنِعُوا، فَإِنَّهُ لَنْ يُدْرِكَ أَحَدٌ بَعْدَكُمْ بِمُدِّكُمْ وَلَا صَاعِكُمْ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said on the day of Hudaybiyah: Let no fire be lit at night. Then afterwards he said: Light fires and make preparations, for no one after you will attain your mudd or your sa'.
