حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الطَّائِفِ، عَنْ غَيْلَانَ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

" لَا تَغْلِبَنَّكُمُ الْأَعْرَابُ عَلَى اسْمِ صَلَاتِكُمْ، فَإِنَّ اللهَ قَالَ: وَمِنْ بَعْدِ صَلاةِ الْعِشَاءِ ثَلاثُ عَوْرَاتٍ لَكُمْ، وَالْأَعْرَابُ تُسَمِّيهَا الْعَتَمَةَ، وَإِنَّ الْعَتَمَةَ الْإِبِلُ لِلْحِلَابِ

✧ "Do not let the Bedouins prevail over you regarding the name of your prayer, for God said: 'And after the night prayer there are three times of privacy for you,' and the Bedouins call it al-'atamah. Indeed, al-'atamah is the milking of camels."
