✧ The Name of the Late Evening Prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِنَّهَا صَلَاةُ الْعِشَاءِ، فَلَا يَغْلِبَنَّكُمُ الْأَعْرَابُ عَلَى اسْمِ صَلَاتِكُمْ، فَإِنَّهُمْ يُعْتِمُونَ عَنِ الْإِبِلِ
Translation
✧ It is the ʿIshā’ prayer, so do not let the Bedouins prevail over you regarding the name of your prayer, for they delay it on account of the camels.
