حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ: وَبَعْضُهُمْ يَقُولُ: حَكِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

" مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يَسْمَعُ الْمُؤَذِّنَ: وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، رَضِيتُ بِاللهِ رَبًّا، وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولًا، وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا، غُفِرَ لَهُ ذَنْبُهُ

✧ Whoever says when he hears the muezzin: 'And I bear witness that there is no deity but Allah alone with no partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. I am pleased with Allah as Lord, with Muhammad as Messenger, and with Islam as religion,' his sins will be forgiven.
