حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ:

عَمُّكَ أَبُو طَالِبٍ كَانَ يَحُوطُكَ، وَيَفْعَلُ بِكَ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنَّهُ لَفِي ضَحْضَاحٍ مِنَ النَّارِ، وَلَوْلَا أَنَا لَكَانَ فِي الدَّرْكِ الْأَسْفَلِ
