✧ Abu Hurayra met a man in Madinah and said to him, 'It seems you are not from this town.' He said, 'Indeed.' He said, 'Shall I tell you a hadith I heard from the Messenger of God ﷺ, perhaps God will benefit you by it?' He said, 'Yes.' He said, 'I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: The first thing for which the son of Adam will be brought to account is his prayer. God says to His angels: Look at My servant's prayer. If they find it complete, it is recorded for him as complete. If they find that some of it is lacking, He says: Look and see if he has any voluntary prayers. Then his prayer is completed from his voluntary prayers, and the deeds are taken according to that measure.'
