حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنْ تَطَهَّرَ فِي بَيْتِهِ، ثُمَّ مَشَى إِلَى بَيْتٍ مِنْ بُيُوتِ اللهِ لِيَقْضِيَ فَرْضًا مِنْ فَرَائِضِ اللهِ، كَانَتْ خُطْوَتَاهُ: إِحْدَاهُمَا تَحُطُّ خَطِيئَةً وَالْأُخْرَى تَرْفَعُ دَرَجَةً

✧ Whoever purifies himself in his house, then walks to one of the houses of God to fulfill an obligation from the obligations of God, his two steps are: one of them wipes away a sin and the other raises a degree.
