وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ

نَهَى أَنْ يُنْتَبَذَ فِي الْمُزَفَّتِ، وَالدُّبَّاءِ، وَالْحَنْتَمَةِ، وَالنَّقِيرِ. وَقَالَ: كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ

Translation

✧ He forbade that nabidh be made in the muzaffat, the dubbaʾ, the hantamah, and the naqir. And he said: 'Every intoxicant is haram.'

    تفرد به همام عن محمد بن عمرو عن أبي سلمة عن ابن عمر عن عمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وغيره يرويه عن محمد بن عمرو عن أبي سلمة عن ابن عمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو الصواب وعند أبي سلمة بن عبد الرحمن في هذا أحاديث منها هذا ومنها ما رواه الزهري عن أبي سلمة عن عائشة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال كل شراب أسكر فهو حرام ومنها ما يرويه محمد بن عمرو أيضا عن أبي سلمة عن أبي هريرة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن الدباء والحنتم والنقير وقال كل مسكر حرام وكلها محفوظة عن أبي سلمة
