✧ A man called out to the Messenger of God ﷺ while he was on the pulpit, saying, “O Messenger of God, how is the night prayer?” The Messenger of God ﷺ said, “Like this” — describing with his finger — “two by two, and when you fear the dawn, pray one rakʿah to make your prayer odd-numbered.”
