( 5657 5656 ) - حَدَّثَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْخُتَّلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: سُئِلْتُ عَنِ الْمُلَاعِنَيْنِ فِي زَمَنِ مُصْعَبٍ: أَيُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا ؟ فَمَا دَرَيْتُ مَا أَقُولُ، فَغَدَوْتُ إِلَى مَنْزِلِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، فَاسْتَأْذَنْتُ عَلَيْهِ، فَقَالُوا: هُوَ نَائِمٌ، فَسَمِعَ صَوْتِي، فَقَالَ: ابْنُ جُبَيْرٍ ؟ ائْذَنُوا لَهُ، قَالَ: فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: مَا جَاءَ بِكَ هَذِهِ السَّاعَةَ إِلَّا حَاجَةٌ. قَالَ: فَإِذَا هُوَ مُفْتَرِشٌ بَرْذَعَةَ رَاحِلَتِهِ، مُتَوَسِّدٌ بِوِسَادَةٍ حَشْوُهَا لِيفٌ - أَوْ سُلْتٌ - فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، الْمُتَلَاعِنَانِ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا ؟ فَقَالَ: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ ! نَعَمْ؛ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَنْ سَأَلَ عَنْ هَذَا فُلَانُ بْنُ فُلَانٍ، أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَنَا رَأَى امْرَأَتَهُ عَلَى فَاحِشَةٍ كَيْفَ يَصْنَعُ ؟ إِنْ تَكَلَّمَ تَكَلَّمَ بِأَمْرٍ عَظِيمٍ، وَإِنْ سَكَتَ سَكَتَ عَلَى مِثْلِ ذَلِكَ ؟ فَلَمْ يُجِبْهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ بَعْدُ، أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ الَّذِي سَأَلْتُكَ عَنْهُ ابْتُلِيتُ بِهِ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ الْآيَاتِ الَّتِي فِي سُورَةِ النُّورِ: وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ. قَالَ: فَدَعَا بِالرَّجُلِ فَتَلَاهُنَّ عَلَيْهِ وَوَعَظَهُ، وَذَكَّرَهُ، وَأَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَذَابَ الدُّنْيَا أَهْوَنُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْآخِرَةِ. قَالَ: وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا كَذَبْتُ عَلَيْهَا. قَالَ: ثُمَّ

دَعَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِالْمَرْأَةِ فَتَلَاهُنَّ عَلَيْهَا وَوَعَظَهَا، وَذَكَّرَهَا، وَأَخْبَرَهَا أَنَّ عَذَابَ الدُّنْيَا أَهْوَنُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْآخِرَةِ، قَالَتْ: وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا صَدَقَ، وَلَقَدْ كَذَبَ. قَالَ: فَبَدَأَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِالرَّجُلِ فَشَهِدَ أَرْبَعَ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللهِ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ، وَالْخَامِسَةَ أَنَّ لَعْنَةَ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ إِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ، ثُمَّ دَعَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِالْمَرْأَةِ فَشَهِدَتْ أَرْبَعَ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللهِ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ، وَالْخَامِسَةَ أَنَّ غَضَبَ اللهِ عَلَيْهَا إِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ، ثُمَّ فَرَّقَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا.

✧ The Prophet ﷺ called for the woman and recited to her, admonished her, reminded her, and informed her that the punishment of this world is lighter than the punishment of the Hereafter. She said: By the One who sent you with the truth, he has not spoken the truth, and he has lied. He said: The Prophet ﷺ began with the man, and he testified four times by Allah that he was indeed among the truthful, and the fifth that the curse of Allah be upon him if he was among the liars. Then the Prophet ﷺ called for the woman, and she testified four times by Allah that he was indeed among the liars, and the fifth that the wrath of Allah be upon her if he was among the truthful. Then the Prophet ﷺ separated them.
