حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ بُرْدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

لَا يَنْبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَبِيتَ ثَلَاثَ لَيَالٍ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ عِنْدَهُ، قَالَ: فَمَا بِتُّ لَيْلَةً إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتِي عِنْدِي مَوْضُوعَةٌ، أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ

Translation

✧ It is not fitting for anyone to spend three nights except with his will at hand. He said: I did not spend a night except with my will placed with me.
