حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ وَلَهُ مَا يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُوصِيَ فِيهِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ

Translation

✧ It is not right for a person who spends two nights while he has something to bequeath, unless his will is written with him.
