حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ:
سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: مَا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ ؟ فَقَالَ: خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي الْحَرَمِ وَالْحِلِّ: الْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was asked: What animals may a pilgrim in ihram kill? He said: Five animals, there is no blame on the one who kills them in the Haram and outside it: the crow, the mouse, the scorpion, the kite, and the rabid dog.
