وَعَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ
سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: مَا يَلْبَسُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الثِّيَابِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا تَلْبَسُوا الْقَمِيصَ، وَلَا السَّرَاوِيلَاتِ، وَلَا الْعَمَائِمَ، وَلَا الْبَرَانِسَ، وَلَا ثَوْبًا مَسَّهُ وَرْسٌ وَلَا زَعْفَرَانٌ، وَلَا تَلْبَسُوا الْخُفَّيْنِ، إِلَّا رَجُلٌ لَيْسَتْ لَهُ نَعْلَانِ فَلْيَقْطَعْهُمَا أَسْفَلَ مِنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was asked: "What clothing should the pilgrim in ihram wear?" He said: "Do not wear shirts, trousers, turbans, hooded cloaks, or any garment touched by wars or saffron, and do not wear leather socks, except for a man who has no sandals; then let him cut them so that they are below the ankles."
