✧ A man came to him and said, 'Did you hear the Messenger of God ﷺ say anything about horses?' He said, 'Yes, I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say, "Horses have good tied to their forelocks until the Day of Resurrection. Buy on God's account and borrow on God's account." It was said, "O Messenger of God, how do we buy on God's account and borrow on God's account?" He said, "Say, 'Lend us until our shares come, and sell to us until God opens for us.' You will remain in good as long as your jihad is fresh. At the end of time there will be people who doubt jihad, so wage jihad in their time, and then go on raids, for raiding then is fresher."'
