حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
نَضَّرَ اللهُ امْرَأً سَمِعَ مِنَّا حَدِيثًا فَبَلَّغَهُ كَمَا سَمِعَهُ، فَإِنَّهُ رُبَّ مُبَلَّغٍ أَوْعَى لَهُ مِنْ سَامِعٍ

✧ May God brighten the face of a person who hears a hadith from us and conveys it as he heard it. For perhaps the one to whom it is conveyed retains it better than the hearer.
