حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي، فَإِذَا سَجَدَ وَثَبَ الْحَسَنُ، وَالْحُسَيْنُ، عَلَى ظَهْرِهِ، فَإِذَا أَرَادُوا أَنْ يَمْنَعُوهُمَا، أَشَارَ إِلَيْهِمْ أَنْ دَعُوهُمَا، فَإِذَا قَضَى الصَّلَاةَ، وَضَعَهُمَا فِي حِجْرِهِ قَالَ: مَنْ أَحَبَّنِي فَلْيُحِبَّ هَذَيْنِ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray, and when he prostrated, al-Ḥasan and al-Ḥusayn would jump onto his back. When they wanted to stop them, he gestured to them to leave them. When he finished the prayer, he placed them in his lap and said: “Whoever loves me, let him love these two.”
