✧ The sun eclipsed during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, so he stood with the people in the mosque, and they formed rows behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood for a long time during the day, until some men collapsed from the heat, until I saw men whose faces were dripping with water. Then he bowed for a time similar to his standing, until I saw men also collapsing. Then he raised his head, then prostrated. Then he stood for a duration less than his first standing. Then he bowed for a duration less than his first bowing. Then he raised his head, then prostrated. Then he stood again for a duration less than that. Then he bowed, then raised his head, then prostrated.
