حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
أَنَّ أَخَا أَبِي قُعَيْسٍ، اسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَيْهَا فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تَأْذَنَ لَهُ، فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ فَأَدْخِلِيهِ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّمَا أَرْضَعَتْنِي الْمَرْأَةُ وَلَمْ يُرْضِعِ الرَّجُلُ ؟ قَالَ: إِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ فَأَدْخِلِيهِ
Translation

✧ The brother of Abu Quays sought permission to enter upon her, and she refused to permit him. She mentioned that to the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: 'He is your paternal uncle, so let him in.' She said: 'O Messenger of Allah, the woman nursed me, not the man.' He said: 'He is your paternal uncle, so let him in.'
