حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ، عَنْ مَوْلَاةٍ لِفَاكِهِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ قَتْلِ الْحَيَّاتِ الَّتِي تَكُونُ فِي الْبُيُوتِ غَيْرَ ذِي الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ وَالْبَتْرَاءِ، فَإِنَّهُمَا يَطْمِسَانِ الْأَبْصَارَ، وَيَقْتُلَانِ أَوْلَادَ الْحَبَالَى فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَقْتُلْهُمَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ forbade killing the snakes that are in houses, except the one with two white stripes and the short-tailed one, for they cause blindness and cause miscarriages in pregnant women. Whoever does not kill them is not one of us.
