حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنِ الْجَعْدِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ قَالَ:

مَرَّ بِنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ فِي مَسْجِدِ بَنِي ثَعْلَبَةَ فَقَالَ: أَصَلَّيْتُمْ ؟ قَالَ: قُلْنَا: نَعَمْ، وَذَاكَ صَلَاةُ الصُّبْحِ، فَأَمَرَ رَجُلًا فَأَذَّنَ وَأَقَامَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى بِأَصْحَابِهِ

Translation

✧ Anas b. Malik passed by us in the mosque of Banu Tha'labah and said: "Have you prayed?" He said: We said: "Yes, and that was the morning prayer." He ordered a man, who gave the call to prayer and the iqamah, then he prayed with his companions.
