  • Dāraquṭnī

machine translationAyyūb al-Sakhtiyānī narrates it, and there is disagreement about him. Wuhayb and Ibn ʿUlayyah narrated it from Ayyūb, from ʿAmr b. Saʿīd, from Anas. Ḥammād b. Zayd differed from them and narrated it from Ayyūb, from Anas, without mentioning anyone between them. The first is more sound (aṣaḥḥ).

  • Abū Ḥatim al-Rāzī

machine translationThe sound (ṣaḥīḥ) version is from ʿAmr b. Saʿīd; Ḥammād b. Zayd fell short by omitting a man.
