حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا دُرُسْتُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ:
كُنَّا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَاتَ فُلَانٌ، قَالَ: أَلَيْسَ كَانَ مَعَنَا آنِفًا ؟ قَالُوا: بَلَى، قَالَ: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، كَأَنَّهَا إِخْذَةٌ عَلَى غَضَبٍ، الْمَحْرُومُ مَنْ حُرِمَ وَصِيَّتَهُ
Translation

✧ We were with the Messenger of God ﷺ when a man came and said: O Messenger of God, so-and-so has died. He said: Was he not with us just now? They said: Yes. He said: Glory be to God, it is as if it were a sudden seizure upon anger. The deprived one is he who is deprived of his will.
