✧ You should not be impressed with anyone until you see how his life ends. For a worker may perform righteous deeds for a period of his life—or a span of his time—such that if he died upon them he would enter Paradise, then he turns and performs evil deeds. And a servant may perform evil deeds for a period of his life such that if he died upon them he would enter Hell, then he turns and performs righteous deeds. When God wills good for a servant, He employs him. They said: O Messenger of God, how does He employ him? He said: He grants him success in righteous deeds, then takes him upon that.
