حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:
أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ، وَكَانَ بَيْنَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَبَيْنَ نِسَائِهِ شَيْءٌ، فَجَعَلَ يَرُدُّ بَعْضَهُنَّ عَنْ بَعْضٍ، فَجَاءَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ فَقَالَ: احْثُ فِي أَفْوَاهِهِنَّ التُّرَابَ، وَاخْرُجْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ
Translation

✧ The prayer was called [the iqamah was given], and there was something between the Messenger of God ﷺ and his wives, so he began to turn some of them away from others. Then Abu Bakr ؓ came and said: Put dust in their mouths and go out to prayer.
