حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءَ بْنَ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ يُحَدِّثُ، لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ يُرْفَعْ إِلَيْهِ قِصَاصٌ قَطُّ إِلَّا أَمَرَ فِيهِ بِالْعَفْوِ
