حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُكَيْنٍ، نَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيُّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:

مَا رُفِعَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ شَيْءٌ فِيهِ الْقِصَاصُ إِلَّا أَمَرَ فِيهِ بِالْعَفْوِ
