حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْكِنْدِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ
أَنَّهُ أَبْصَرَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ خَاتَمَ وَرِقٍ يَوْمًا وَاحِدًا، فَصَنَعَ خَوَاتِيمَ مِنْ وَرِقٍ فَلَبِسُوهَا، فَطَرَحَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ خَاتَمَهُ، فَطَرَحَ النَّاسُ خَوَاتِيمَهُمْ، وَرَأَى فِي يَدِ رَجُلٍ خَاتَمًا مِنْ ذَهَبٍ، فَضَرَبَ إِصْبَعَهُ ضَرْبَةً، وَرَأَى عَلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قُرْطَيْنِ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهَا حَتَّى رَمَتْ بِهِ
Translation

✧ He saw upon the Messenger of God ﷺ a silver ring one day, so he made rings of silver and they wore them. Then the Prophet ﷺ threw away his ring, and the people threw away their rings. And he saw on a man's hand a ring of gold and struck his finger with a blow. And he saw on Umm Salamah two gold earrings and turned away from her until she threw them off.
