حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ الضَّرِيرُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:
رَأَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ رَجُلًا يُهَادَى بَيْنَ ابْنَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: مَا لَهُ ؟ قَالُوا: إِنَّهُ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَحُجَّ مَاشِيًا، قَالَ: إِنَّ اللهَ لَغَنِيٌّ عَنْ مَشْيِ هَذَا، فَلْيَرْكَبْ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw a man being supported between his two sons, and he said: 'What is the matter with him?' They said: 'He vowed to perform Hajj walking.' He said: 'Indeed Allah is free of need from this man's walking, so let him ride.'
