✧ Two men come out of the Fire—Abu ʿImran said four, and Thabit said two men—and they are presented to their Lord. He orders them to the Fire, and one of them turns around and says, “O Lord, I had hoped that if You brought me out of it, You would not return me to it.” So Allah saves him from it.
