حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:

ضَحَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِكَبْشَيْنِ أَمْلَحَيْنِ أَقْرَنَيْنِ ذَبَحَهُمَا بِيَدِهِ، كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى صِفَاحِهِمَا عَلَيْهِمَا قَدَمُهُ، يُسَمِّي وَيَذْكُرُ اللهَ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sacrificed two horned, black-and-white rams, slaughtering them with his own hand. It is as if I am looking at their sides, his foot upon them, pronouncing the name of Allah and remembering Him.
