حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ

كَانَ إِذَا هَاجَتْ رِيحٌ شَدِيدَةٌ، قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَا أُمِرَتْ بِهِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أُمِرَتْ بِهِ

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ When a strong wind blew, he would say: O Allah, I ask You for the good of what it has been commanded to do, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of what it has been commanded to do.
