✧ He gave a horse as charity in the way of God. When we gave charity in the way of God, we brought it to the Messenger of God ﷺ and handed it to him, and he placed it where God showed him. I brought the horse and handed it to him, and he mounted a man from his companions on it. I then found it being sold in the market, and I wanted to buy it. I went to the Messenger of God ﷺ and mentioned that to him. He said: Do not buy it, and do not take back anything of your charity.
