✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ conducted the li'an between the 'Ajlani and his wife. Her husband said that day: O Messenger of Allah, by Allah I have not approached her since we became Muslim. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was saying that day: O Allah, make it clear. The woman's husband was a man with reddish hair, thin forearms and shins. The one she was accused with was the son of Sawda'. She gave birth to a black boy with curly, tight hair, thick forearms, and plump shins. A man said to him: O Abu 'Abbas, how did you say? He said: I said: She gave birth to him with the bad description. Ibn Shaddad b. al-Had said to him: Is she the one about whom the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: If I were to stone someone without evidence? He said: No, that was a woman who had openly professed Islam.
