حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، وَالْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ مَوْلَى غُفْرَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَيُّوبَ بْنَ خَالِدِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ يَذْكُرُ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ:
خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، إِنَّ لِلهِ سَرَايَا مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ، تَحِلُّ وَتَقِفُ عَلَى مَجَالِسِ الذِّكْرِ فِي الْأَرْضِ، فَارْتَعُوا فِي رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ، قَالُوا: وَمَا رِيَاضُ الْجَنَّةِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ؟ قَالَ: مَجَالِسُ الذِّكْرِ، فَاغْدُوا وَرُوحُوا فِي ذِكْرِ اللهِ، وَاذْكُرُوهُ بِأَنْفُسِكُمْ، مَنْ كَانَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَعْلَمَ مَنْزِلَتَهُ عِنْدَ اللهِ، فَإِنَّ اللهَ يُنْزِلُ الْعَبْدَ مِنْهُ حَيْثُ أَنْزَلَهُ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us and said: O people, Allah has detachments of angels that settle and stand at the gatherings of remembrance on earth, so graze freely in the gardens of Paradise. They said: What are the gardens of Paradise, O Messenger of Allah? He said: The gatherings of remembrance. So go forth in the morning and the evening in remembrance of Allah, and remember Him by yourselves. Whoever loves to know his station with Allah, then Allah places the servant with Him where the servant places Him with himself.
