✧ We were with the Messenger of God ﷺ on a journey, and he bought a camel from me and granted me its riding until I reached Madinah. When we arrived, I brought the camel to him and handed it over, and he ordered that I be given its price. Then I left, and behold, the Messenger of God ﷺ had caught up with me. He said: I thought, 'Perhaps he has changed his mind about it.' So when I came to him, he returned the camel to me and said, 'It is yours.' He said: Then I passed by a man from the Jews and told him about it. He said: He began to marvel. He said: 'He bought the camel from you, gave you the price, and then gave it back to you as a gift?' I said, 'Yes.'
