حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، وَأَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ الْمَكِّيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُبَاعَ النَّخْلُ سَنَتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا، وَنَهَى أَنْ يُشْتَرَى مَا فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ بِكَيْلٍ مِنْ تَمْرٍ، وَنَهَى أَنْ تُبَاعَ الثَّمَرَةُ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling palm trees for two or three years in advance, and he forbade buying what is on the tops of palm trees for a measure of dates, and he forbade selling fruit until its ripeness appears.
