✧ We went out on an expedition with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: When we returned, I hurried ahead on a slow camel of mine. He said: A rider caught up with me from behind and prodded my camel with a staff that he had, so my camel went off as the best camel you could see. I turned, and it was the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: 'What is making you hurry?' I said: 'I am newly married.' He said: 'Did you marry a virgin or a previously married woman?' I said: 'A previously married woman.' He said: 'Why not a young girl so that you could play with her and she could play with you?' He said: When they returned, he said: 'Slow down until we enter at night, so that the disheveled woman may comb her hair and the one whose husband has been absent may shave.'
