✧ "We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey, and when we camped, I hurried and someone riding caught up with me. He said, 'I turned back and there was the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with me.' He said to me, 'What made you hurry, Jabir?' I said, 'I am newly married.' He said, 'Did you marry a virgin or a previously married woman?' I said, 'No, a previously married woman.' He said, 'Why didn't you marry a virgin so you could play with her and she could play with you?' Then he said to me, 'When you enter (your wife), do so from the easy direction.' When we entered (Medina), we waited until it was evening, meaning it was time for dinner, so that she could tidy her hair and put on perfume."
