حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى رَاعِي إِبِلٍ فَلْيُنَادِ: يَا رَاعِيَ الْإِبِلِ، ثَلَاثًا، فَإِنْ أَجَابَهُ، وَإِلَّا فَلْيَحْلِبْ فَيَشْرَبْ، وَلَا يَحْمِلَنَّ، وَإِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى حَائِطِ بُسْتَانٍ فَلْيُنَادِ ثَلَاثًا: يَا صَاحِبَ الْحَائِطِ، فَإِنْ أَجَابَهُ وَإِلَّا فَلْيَأْكُلْ وَلَا يَحْمِلْ

Translation

✧ "When one of you comes upon a camel herder, let him call out: 'O camel herder!' three times. If he answers him, then (it is) otherwise let him milk and drink, but he must not carry any away. And when one of you comes upon a garden wall, let him call out three times: 'O owner of the wall!' If he answers him, then (it is) otherwise let him eat, but he must not carry any away."
