Sunan Abi Dawud 4483

One who drinks khamr repeatedly

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ بِهَذَا الْمَعْنَى قَالَ

وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ إِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُ

Translation

I think he said for the fifth time: If he drinks it, kill him. Abu Dawud said: And similarly the word “a fifth time” occurs in the tradition of Abu Ghutaif.
