حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكَّارِ بْنِ بِلاَلٍ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُمَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُعَاذٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ

مَنْ عَقَدَ الْجِزْيَةَ فِي عُنُقِهِ فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِمَّا عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
