حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ جُمْهُورٍ، ثَنَا دُحَيْمٌ، نَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ صَدَقَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدِ اللهِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ مِشْكَمٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
مَنْ عَقَدَ الْجِزْيَةَ فِي رَقَبَتِهِ، فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِنَ اللهِ تَعَالَى وَرَسُولِهِ ".
