أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَاتَ الرَّجُلُ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَهُ عَبْدًا أَوْ نَصْرَانِيًّا فَأُعْتِقَ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يُقَسَّمِ الْمِيرَاثُ فَهُوَ لَهُ " يَقُولُ: يَرِثُ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq informed us, he said: Ibn ʿUyaynah informed us, from ʿAmr b. Dīnār, from Abū al-Shaʿthāʾ, who said:
✧ When a man dies leaving his son a slave or a Christian, and the son is then manumitted, if the inheritance has not been divided, then it is his—meaning he inherits.
