✧ A Muslim dies leaving a Christian child

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَاتَ الرَّجُلُ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَهُ عَبْدًا فَأُعْتِقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ الْمِيرَاثُ، فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ
Translation
✧ When a man dies leaving his son a slave, and the son is manumitted before the inheritance is divided, he receives nothing.
