أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، قَالَا: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَا كَانَ عَلَى قَسْمٍ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَهُوَ عَلَى قِسْمَةِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، وَمَا أَدْرَكَ الْإِسْلَامَ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَهُوَ عَلَى قِسْمَةِ الْإِسْلَامِ
Translation
✧ Whatever was subject to division in the Jahiliyyah remains according to the division of the Jahiliyyah, and whatever Islam came upon and had not been divided is according to the division of Islam.
